A Daring Contest

Ruby began think some more before having the perfect idea for a game. "How about a daring contest then!" Ruby suggested, which caused Yang to unnoticeably stiffen, knowing that game all too well.

"What's a daring contest?" Weiss asked as Ruby explained "The gamr itself is simple: you just dare someone to do something and they have the option to either do it or opt out, of course that does give the person daring them a chance at a worse one. Though to make sure it doesn't spiral outta control; we can just have the person do a 2-in-1 dare; essentially making them do 2 dares for the price of one." as Yang now started to sweat a bit at this idea.

Blake began to think about it. "It doesn't sound like a bad idea, honestly. It'd give us a chance to see what we can and can't take, and how we could improve on it." Blake stated with her usual calmness as Ruby exclaimed "THAT'S THE SPIRIT!" before Weiss then asked "Just wanna ask if there'll be a winner in this game?" before noticing too late that Yang had been waving her arms no at the question.

Ruby then replied "Yes! The game will end when all players had opted out abd whomever's done the most dares is crowned the winner!" with a joyful smile as Blake and Weiss looked at each other with confusion as Blake the asked "What exactly is the prize?" as Yang slumped down in despair as she knew what what was coming.

Ruby then smiled as she stated "The prize is that the winner gets to make the other participants do a single week long dare; and they can't back out otherwise they'd have to wear the fabled chicken hat for the next month onward!" which made Weiss and Blake flinch in surprise as Ruby then pulled out said chicken hats; abd they looked almost like chickens, excluding the hole where the head's supposed to go.

Weiss then said "You cannot be serious?!" before Yang said "She is..." as pulled out her scroll and showed them a 8 year old family picture of her wearing said chicken hat with a cross look on her face whilst her father and uncle looked about ready to bust a gut.

Weiss knew she had to disagree, her pride as a schnee wouldn't allow such humility, but she knew this would her chance to get back at Yang and couldn't resist it. "Fine, let's play." Weiss said as Yang loked at her in betrayel before looking to her partner and saw she was simply indifferent, causing Yang to look down as she already knew she was outvoted.

Ruby screamed "Yay!" before grabbing 4 straws and explained "Whoever draws the shortest straw goes last and whoever gets the longest goes first; anything in between will decide who goes second and third. Also do know that anything goes when it comes to this game; if you dare one of us to run down downtown Vale completely naked or if you dare the person to eat a bug off the floor: then that person HAS to do it. Understood"

Blake and Weiss nodded as they nodded before all 4 of them, Yang being less enthusiastic, said "And pull!" as they drew their respective straws:

2. Blake
3. Yang
4. Ruby

"Aw man!!!" Ruby exclaimed, acting like this always happened to her.
