A Crashlanding Leads to Confrontation

A city lay in complete and utter ruin, a remnant of a time long past. Within it was a woman with white hair wearing a short black dress and a cloth that went over her eyes. This was YoRHa Unit 2B, who currently stood on top of the remnants of the building, looking forward as a small rectangular box floated beside her. There hadn’t been much activity going on in the area recently, but checking around could never hurt. The YoRHa Unit’s face remained emotionally blank until she heard something. The sound of something flying overhead got her attention. She saw a vehicle, a ship or plane of some kind, burning as it moved through the air. To more accurately put it, it wasn’t flying so much as it was falling. The ship moved lower and lower to the ground as seconds ticked by until it crashed into a forest near the outskirts of the city. Leaping off the remains of the building, 2B rushed off to go check out the crash site.

An orange skinned woman with odd addentages protruding from her head brushed herself off as she got off from the ground. This was the jedi warrior, Ahsoka. Ahsoka looked back at her starfighter, the entire thing had ended up in disrepair due to the crash landing, the main body was embedding into the ground with panels of the ship were scattered about the crash site, both wings had broken off, and the thrusters were currently lit ablaze. It would take days to repair the damage that was done, "Not what I’d call a happy landing…" the Jedi quipped, there wasn’t much she could do in this situation, she didn’t have time to fix the starfighter, she needed to get off the planet as soon as possible. Ahsoka began to walk forward, off to find something that would be able to let her leave the planet. Though she wouldn’t get very far before she heard something land behind her. Turning, the togruta saw 2B standing upon the wreckage of her ship.

The battle android stared down at Ahsoka, "Pod, is the entity in front of us a machine lifeform?" 2B inquired. The thing standing just below her didn’t look like any machine she’d seen before, but on the other hand, its appearance didn’t match-up with anything on Earth either.

The Pod beside 2B quickly floated toward Ahsoka before beginning to scan her. A yellow light was produced, covering Ahsoka’s entire body. "Could you not?" The jedi flinched slightly as a bright light flashed in her eyes. "I can speak for myself, and to answer your question, no, I’m not a-" The Pod ignored her, floating back to 2B.

"The entity is of unknown origins." The pod answered 2B’s question, causing a confused look to form on the android’s face. If that was the case, that would mean the woman in front of her was most likely "Due to a lack of matching data, "extraterrestrial origin can be presumed." The pod suggested.

She was an alien, the same ones that had released the machines on Earth? The ones that 2B was created to fight against? That didn’t seem to be the case since she didn’t seem aggressive in any way, but nonetheless, "You’ll be coming with me for questioning." 2B bluntly demanded.

Ahsoka raised a brow at 2B’s demand. First she crashes, and immediately following that is a woman insisting that she follow her to who knows where. Today was starting to get annoying. 2B’s gaze remained on the togruta, clearly waiting for her to come peacefully. Ahsoka had a better plan, though. "You saw nothing here and will go back to your base." Ahsoka stated with a smirk on her face as she waved her hand in front of her. A Jedi mind trick should do the job. Not only will it get the white-haired woman off her back, but she’ll lead her to her base without any trouble, where Ahsoka could... command a ship.

Unfortunately, due to 2B’s android nature, a mind trick wouldn’t work on her. The battle droid stared down at the Jedi, her eyes narrowing with confusion underneath her covering. Was she concussed? "You are coming with me for questioning." 2B restated, this time with a bit more authority. The YoRHa unit gripped the back of her sword, Virtuous Treaty, "If you don’t come peacefully, I cannot guarantee your safety." 2B added to get her point across more clearly.

Ahsoka exhaled through her nose. Now she was being threatened. The jedi reached toward the hilts of her lightsabers. "The entity is armed." The pod alarmed, causing 2B to rush forward, her hand gripping tightly against Virtuous Treaty. Ahsoka pulled out and ignited both her lightsabers, a blue glow emitting from both of them. 2B’s rush down was cut off short as she stopped right in front of the alien before leaping back. 2B landed on the ground a good distance away from Ahsoka, surprise spread throughout her face.
