A Balloon shaped like a small tree

You scratch your head as you try to figure out what you are looking at, it looks like a cartoon drawing of a tree, about 4 or 5 meters in height, but walking up to it, you can see right through it.

Its trunk is thick but transparent black, it has numerous thick branches coming out of it all the way up, all of which are also transparent. There are no leaves on this tree. Numerous thin vines seem wrapped around the branches, they seem slightly animated as you watch them squeeze the branches slowly.

The tree is inflated and seems under a lot of pressure, you cautiously touch it and feel resistance. The tree is smooth and doesn't seem very threatening.

Still, you step back from it and before you consider walking away, it makes some squeking noises and starts moving!
