The woman pulled out a diaper that was patterned with unicorns and stars. Lauren gasped while the others all giggled. “Take your clothes off, please,” the woman said. “We can put them back on once we get you into this diaper.”
“That’s not going to fit,” Lauren protested. “Please, this can’t be necessary. I’m an adult, not a child.”
“Rules are rules,” the woman said. “You can either cooperate or the plane will leave without you.”
“Lauren, just do what she says and take your clothes off,” Maya said. “The sooner you do it, the sooner we can get to Vegas.”
