Stalk her (+cool)
9. It’s actually patients plural: Mel and Carla
Mel and Carla are a couple slightly older than you. They’ve been trying to save their marriage, but between a dead bed and simply growing apart as people you’re starting to think they’d be better off divorced. You usher to two in and begin the session. Things have not improved.
“...so things just aren’t working.” Mel finishes his sentence and you realize you haven’t properly been listening.
You offer a hum of acknowledgement and put on a therapist face that says ‘I promise I’ve been listening.’
“So we’re just not sure what to do. It’s not like we can invite someone else to bed.” Carla pipes up.
An idea crosses your mind.
“Actually, I think that might be a great idea. And I have just the person in mind.”
“Who could we invite in that we trust and that won’t mind it if Mel can’t get it up?”
“I’d be happy to step in.”
