“Oh good! I just saw how she was standing at my desk and…” Rebecca lets herself trail off as she smiles.

“Annabelle, we’ll continue later this afternoon on the subject of office discipline. I’ll buzz for you.” You waive off the teen intern who leaves quickly, grateful for the reprieve.

As soon as the door closes, you look at Rebecca. “Well, grab your pad and let’s get started.”
