37 - Lusty Occult/Ozzie's Dungeon/Zkara's home

Building 37, the Lusty Occult, Ozzie's Dungeon and the home of the secret demon Zkara.

On the surface, it's nothing too special for a city like this. On the ground level of the building is the Lusty Occult, a shop selling every paranormal-themed object one can think of, as well as a few actual paranormal objects made by its owner, Zkara. The entrance for this portion of the building is on NSWF St.

Ozzie's Dungeon is located in the basement of the building, and is named after Asmodeus, the Lord of Lust. As the name implies, Ozzie's Dungeon is a sex dungeon, which can be rented by anyone who isn't blacklisted by Zkara, provided they make a reservation of at least a week in advance. Uniquely, Ozzie's Dungeon seems to cater to the customer's every desire, always being different with each guest. The entrance for this portion of the building is in the alleyway between buildings 34 and 37.

The top two floors are the home of Zkara, and are nothing too special at first glance. A living room with a terrace, a kitchen/dining room, a gaming room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, one for Zkara, one for a guest. The enterance for this portion of the building is a stairway connected to Lesbian St. In addition, there's also another stairway connecting Zkara's home with the Lusty Occult and Ozzie's Dungeon, though the doors between it and the two establishments are always locked.

Unknown to most, however, is the fact that the building has some powerful enchantments made by Zkara to make the entire interior of the building non-euclidean in nature, allowing Zkara to play with the inner dimensions however she sees fit. This allows the Lusty Occult and Ozzie's Dungeon to always have whatever you need, and allows Zkara to make whatever room she wants in her own home. At this point her home has become a mansion on the inside due to decades of expansions. In addition to this, the entire building is also self-maintaining, meaning that Zkara doesn't have to worry about cleaning or repairs of any kind. And on top of all that, the magic itself is also a great security system, as the building traps any intruder into an infinite maze of hallways akin to the Backrooms, only letting them out when they're truly terrified.
