3. Donna Tubbs-Brown

Originally appearing on The Cleveland Show, Donna is Cleveland's second wife and the mother of Roberta and Rallo Tubbs.

Formerly the principal's assistant at Stoolbend Junior High, Donna has mostly been reduced to a background role since following her husband in his return to Quahog.

An often used source of comedy comes from Donna's stereotypical Southern expressions, often starting with "Sweet" and ending with two rhyming phrases, such as "Sweet candy and Jessica Tandy!"

NOTE: Donna canonically wears a wig; her natural hair color is grey, and she does not often have time to color it. She also has her lips and eyebrows painted on with makeup and wears padding in her bra to give the impression of perky breasts.
