Ember McLain was once Amber McLain, an unpopular girl in high school. She dreamed of being a rock star and of having people chant her name. However sadly she could not even get a boy to even remember her name. As shown in as when she was asked out by a boy, whose name is not known. However, his actions are. For during a cold fall day, he stood Amber up on a date. So tired was she after waiting for her date that she fell so deeply asleep she could not feel the fire that started in her home burn her alive.

Truly a sad tale…

Ever since that fateful day she has been cursed with the abilities that she desired in life. That being that with more people who begin to chant your name, the more powerful she slowly becomes. Through this she has gained great power through both music which can influence the emotions and thoughts people and to the control of Pyromancy via her hair to great effect.
