What's next?
3's a crowd
Jerry and Taylor stood at the entrance of their apartment as Todd, hopping out of his room, came up to them and lifted up his bag, marked with a yellow band with them, and shrugged. "I guess they all want us to know what track we're on?" He looked at them for a moment and then nodded. "So, we're all going for Yoga?"
Taylor nodded as they walked out of their unit and headed to the elevator. "Can't be helped, I don't get a lot of exercise sitting at a computer desk typing. Jerry gets the most walking around but there's only so much exercise you get in a library. Besides," he poked playfully at Todd's gut, "you drink enough beer for the three of us, you got the gut."
Todd blushed a bit as they continued ribbing on each other as they got down to the parking lot and got into Jerry's car, his being the biggest and least likely to break down on the road to the gym. "Yeah yeah, blame my love for Asahi, why don't you?"

Reaching the gym, the three of them walked in and the receptionist smiled, standing up and handing each their new membership cards with chips for entry to the changing rooms. Each was marked with a number, starting at the one marked 01 and heading through to 08. The central part had the lockers for the members and changing rooms were set aside for each user, something that they were rather glad to have. "It'll be nice to get in shape, though, considering our luck at the clubs." Taylor and Todd nodded in agreement, not noticing the receptionist making a note behind their backs at their remarks.
After a few moments of changing in the side-rooms, noticing that each was given a pair of yellow yoga pants and a loose shirt, pink with the gym's branding on the front, the three headed back out to the side room where Samantha, their yoga instructor, motioned for them to come in. "Hey, welcome, guys! We'll be starting in a little bit. Just grab a mat and find a spot on the floor."
The three of them took their light blue mats and after spotting some space in the back, laid out their mats. After the hour was up, Jerry felt pain in areas he didn't know could feel pain but the discomfort he felt was nothing compared to Taylor, who looked like he was dying. Todd, for his part, helped their friend to the changing room. As Jerry finished helping put away their matts, Billie came out and smiled. "How was your first day?"
"Honestly? Felt like I was dying. Didn't think I would be THAT out of shape after spending all day with the little ones...but my god..."
She just laughed a little. "It's okay, this was good, though. We wanted to give you your starter pack. It's a monthly supply of vitamins and snack bars, to help you with your routines. It'll be about a week of adjustments and you may notice that your appetite goes down a bit. But that's normal, your body's getting used to the exercise and this will help you get back up to speed." She lifted the box and took out a small bottle of vitamins. "This is to be taken once before bedtime, sort of a helper to keep down the pain and process your body fat intake. This," she lifted next a taller bottle, "you mix with water in the morning, a vitamin booster if you will. This will give you some extra energy and help you start the day."
"And this?" he asked, lifting up the thumb-drive.
"That's your exercise affirmations. It's a small thing that we give members to start their exercise routines. You're on the Yellow track, meaning you'll be coming in 3 days a week. The other days, we would like you to start stretching at home. IT doesn't have to be like here but 15-20 minutes of stretching should be good." He looked and nodded, it made sense. "This is your extra clothes for the gym, we forgot to add them to your kit yesterday. Your membership comes with 3 gym outfits. Each member is given standard gym clothes, helps out with not having to bother with getting dressed. Leave these in your locker and we'll handle laundering them after you're done."
With that, she nodded and turned back to her office. Jerry simply placed the uniforms into the locker he was assigned to and after making sure the locker door was closed, glanced at Todd and Taylor coming out of the changing room. Both clutched similar bags containing the vitamin containers. Todd, for his part, just nodded knowingly before the three struggled to the door. Taylor was bemoaning the pain all over but his two roommates knew that the amount of money he shelled out for the annual program would make him come back. The man wasn't cheap.
