It's a bit complicated but in short form. No, you will not encounter alternate versions of yourself or alternate RSI owners during your journies across the multiverse.

In the far more complicated long-form? Extremely unlike, if not completely impossible. The reason for this is due to how the multiverse works as the multiverse is constantly expanding and growing. With every choice and action made by you and by others splitting it and creating more universes.

Making it completely impossible, unless in extremely insane circumstances involving time travel for such an event to occur. Even then time travel simply works as another form of dimensional travel as you travel to a younger or older version of the universe you are currently in. Creating a whole new universe due to your reckless action, as real physical time travel is extremely dangerous and is extremely rare as more often than not most time travelers are simply from another universe.
