LiveWire or Leslie Willis was once a highly popular radio show host that often ripped on Superman.

However, that all change one day when she foolishly decided to hold a concert out in the middle of a thunderstorm. The police came to the show to try and stop it for the safety of the crowd, however Leslie simply agitated the crowd against the cops almost inciting a riot.

It was at this point Superman made an appearance in an attempt to calm the crowd and break up the concert. Leslie who was drunk on power at this point defiantly began to turn the crowd against Superman, who again tried to reason with the host and tried to stop the show for the safety of the crowd and for herself. However, this was quickly ended when a random bolt of lightning came out of nowhere and took down one of the main scaffoldings and Superman was **** to push Leslie out of the way in order to take the blow himself. Thing is the lightning didn’t dissipate instead bouncing off of Superman and hitting Leslie who was trying to run from the falling debris.

Through her own ignorance and arrogance Leslie ended up becoming her own monster. As the lightning changed both her skin tone and her hair. She was promptly hospitalized after the event and when she awoke soon discovered she had electricity based super powers. She then used these powers to go on a rampage after she renamed herself LiveWire.

Of course, she was stopped by Superman, but not before she declared Superman was the reason she was turned into a freak.

This little back story of LiveWire’s makes you really question whether or not you want to have her as a henchman. The sole fact that she is responsible for becoming what she is now. She did the concert against the word of everybody else who told her it was dangerous. An, when something eventually did happen, she ends up blaming the one man who saved her from dying.

Honestly if didn’t know better you’d say she had something of a crush on Superman, but just doesn’t want to admit it.

Sighing to yourself you weigh the options as you pull up several images to see what LiveWire is currently doing. You wind up seeing her trapped in her insulated cell watching the TV just outside of her reach with a bored look on her face.
