12. Irene’s annual review

Promptly at 11:00, you get a knock on your door. You know exactly who it is. Irene has her annual review today. Prior to a few days ago, you would have said she was the picture of a severe school marm, deeply committed to the rules and policies of Mesa Academy. Now you know a completely different side of her and, albeit off the record, you plan for that to be part of her review too.

“Irene, come on in.” You call out.

Irene slips into your office. She’s wearing a slightly less severe skirt today, a pencil skirt in fact that actually shows she has a body. Her turtleneck hugs her curves as well, revealing her tits are actually one of her best features. Her hair is still pulled back in its severe french braid, but you know what’s hiding inside her.

“Irene, I want your review to be totally transparent this year.”

She nods at you.

“You’ve been doing good work, but there have been more than a few complaints from athlete parents.”

She blushes, remembering the last few times she’s been in your office.

“I think I’d like to see the real you more often based on how you’ve shown up for those meetings.” You smile. “Why don’t you start by taking off all those clothes.”
