I ran a hand through my light brown hair, and sighed before I knocked on 104.

“Come in!” a voice yelled, and I listened, stepping inside to see two brunette girls lounging on the sofa, a blond girl at the computer, and a dark haired MILF was coming out of her bedroom.

“Hi! I’m Julia Smoak.” the petite MILF smiled.

“Cole Campbell. Welcome to the Glade Apartment Complex.” I smiled, and my eyes flicked down Julia’s short body. She was about the same height as Emily, and very pretty.

“That over there is my stepdaughter, Angela Smoak.” Julia added, and the blond girl waved.

“So, what have I been called here to fix?” I asked Julia, who smiled.

“Oh, this way, please.” Julia smiled, and I followed her into her bedroom. I noticed the men’s clothes around the room.

“So, you’re married. Does your husband work?” I asked Julia curiously. She nodded.

“Yup. He’s the CEO of a company in the city.” Julia explained. As Julia and I stepped into the bathroom, Angela joined us. I noticed that the blond girl was the only Smoak woman to have a decent rack, and she had killer curves. She noticed me looking and smiled.

“So, Mom, I figured I’d let you know that Dad just called. He needs you to head out now if you’re going to make lunch.” Angela explained. Julia hesitated.

“I think I need to show Mr. Campbell what’s the problem?” Julia said.

“Ok, fine. But Dad said hurry up.” Angela said, and then left.

“So I realized that I complimented your daughters, but I never mentioned how gorgeous their mother is.” I murmured softly, and Julia beamed.

“You’re such a flirt, Mr. Campbell.” Julia giggled.

“I don’t imagine you mind, do you?” I said huskily, and Julia shook her head furiously.

“Good.” I murmured, and then kissed her heatedly. She kissed back, and I lifted her up easily and kissed her harder.

“Ohhhh... I do have to tell you what’s wrong now, before you make me late for dinner with my husband.” Julia begged for mercy. I granted it, and she took a steadying breath.

“Right. So... ah... our shower won’t do hot water. The shower in the other bathroom works fine, but we just can’t get anything beyond chilly water.” Julia sighed. I kissed her assertively.

“I’ll handle it. Go have lunch.” I promised, and Julia nodded, blushing madly as she raced out of the bathroom. I smirked to myself at how easily I could seduce a married woman, and went to work fixing the shower.

A half hour later, I’d fixed the problem, and was heading out to speak with the Smoak girls.

“Hey, so your parents’ shower is fixed.” I said, tossing back my hair out of my face.

“Thanks!” Cassidy beamed, and I admired her body dressed in the orange tank top and jean short shorts. She had incredibly small, incredibly perky breasts, and long legs. But she was incredibly beautiful as well, and I found my cock stirring over her.

“Don’t mention it.” I waved away her thanks.

“Absolutely!” she beamed, and I offered her my arm, which she linked hers with mine. We headed down to the restaurant in the apartment complex, and she smiled shyly at me.

“So, Mr. Campbell-“ Julia began, but I put a finger to her lips.

“It’s Cole.” I smiled, and she nodded.

“Well, Cole, can I ask why you picked me? I mean, guys always ask out my older sisters, Angela especially. This is literally my first date, and I’m 18.” Cassidy blushed.

“Well, I’ve not done a whole lot of dating myself, you know.” I shrugged. Cassidy laughed.

“No, I don’t think so.” she said, and I raised an eyebrow.

“Why?” I asked curiously.

“Well, because, ah, you’re one of the handsomest guys I’ve ever seen.” Cassidy blushed. I brushed back some of Cassidy’s brown hair out of her face, and gently took her face in my hands, and Cassidy gasped as I lightly kissed her. I had to lean down a little to kiss her, and she wrapped her arms around my neck and I put my hands on her perky ass, and we kissed for a long time.

“That was great.” Cassidy giggled euphorically. I took her hand, and led her into the restaurant.

Cassidy and I were outside the apartments in the garden where I’d made out with Aphrodite, and we were sitting by a fountain, with the petite girl in my lap, and we were kissing passionately. We’d had a great lunch, and learned we had a ton in common.

“So... Cole, are we, um, dating now?” Cassidy asked shyly, pulling her swollen lips back from my swollen lips. We had been kissing for a long time, after all.

“I would think so.” I murmured, and Cassidy smiled, wide and genuine. She laid her head on my shoulder, and I held her for a while, until her phone started buzzing. She sighed unhappily and pulled out her phone.

“It’s Mom.” Cassidy sighed, and answered it.

“Yes?” my new girlfriend answered the phone.

“I’m out with my boyfriend.” Cassidy smiled.

“Oh, you already met him. It’s Cole, the guy who came to fix our shower.” Cassidy said.

“Out back, in the garden. Why?” Cassidy frowned.

“Dinner? I mean, I guess.” Cassidy said dubiously.

“Ok, Mom.” Cassidy sighed.

“Hey, Mom wants you to come to dinner with us, at this great restaurant in the city. Dad works pretty much the whole day, so we usually have dinner out in the city, or we don’t eat it with him.” Cassidy smiled.

“Well, if I’m going to meet your family, why don’t you come and meet mine?” I grinned.

Cassidy and I entered 101, and we found Natalie and Riley playing cards at the table.

“Hey, Cole. Who’s this?” Riley asked.

“This is my girlfriend, Cassidy.” I smiled, and Natalie beamed.

“What a pleasure to meet you. I’m Natalie, Cole’s ex-stepmother.” Natalie smiled.

“Um, how can somebody be an ex-stepmother?” Cassidy asked curiously.

“Oh, Cole’s parents divorced, and his father married me, but then I divorced him, and Cole’s parents got back together.” Natalie shrugged.

“And I’m Riley, Cole’s older sister.” Riley smiled, and Cassidy waved.

“Good to meet you.” my girlfriend said to my sister, who I frequently engaged in **** with now. Natalie brushed back some of her dark brown hair, and held up a flyer.

“So, the lower half of the apartment complex is being offered a camping trip now. You have to RSVP for a slot, but I think we have lots of fun things to do.” Natalie smiled. Cassidy squeezed my hand.

“Why not the upper half?” Riley frowned.

“Well, they’ll have a trip a little later on, but the entire building is just too many people.” Natalie shrugged.

“That makes sense.” Riley admitted.
