10. Subsequent

Before you can continue talking to Sten, you hear a door open, and you're swept outside by a large group of people as they exit the dark temple. While you're tired of being herded around, now that you've lost Sten again, you follow them down the dimly light path. You're brought back to the large hall and are subjected to another thorough bath. After changing into a loose flowing dress you're lead back down the path. Another large bonfire has been built in the center of town and the group of people gathered around it cheer when they see you approaching. The large bonfire stands a few yards a head of you and even though you're cold you keep your distance as more of the people around you move towards it. While the candle isn't large it's at least bright enough to illuminate the majority of the small room. There is a large depiction of three triangles or maybe mountains that slightly overlap each other carved into the stone wall before you. You look down and see that the table you felt earlier is actually an alter and has some type of carving on it as well. You step forward and run your finger tips along the strange characters etched along the boarder of the stone alter. The sound of someone stepping on a twig outside causes you to pull away and quickly turn around.
