10. Eliza walks in

Your next patient of the day is Eliza. The girl can’t be over 5’2” which makes her tits, which can’t be smaller than a DDD, stand out all the more. She’s the kind of girl you fantasize about when you’re lying next to your wife. Her blonde hair is up in a practical ponytail and she looks like she was just at the gym before this. She just started college and is having trouble adjusting to being out on her own.

“Hey Doc,” Eliza sounds tired.

“Hello Eliza, how are you this week?”

“Look, not great.” She sank down onto the couch opposite you.

“What’s been going on?”

“I was kinda drinking, so I was a little tipsy, but ok, here’s what I think happened.” The words tumble out of her mouth like she’s trying to stay ahead of her brain as she talks. “I was dancing with this guy who was like really hot, and I was super into it. But then he suggested we go upstairs. So I’m tipsy, right, so I go with him, I’m thinking like what’s the worst that could happen. So we go up to his room and he… he pushes me up against the wall and… and he starts kissing me but like, really forcefully.”

At that Eliza went quiet. She opened her mouth like she intended to say something but had frozen up. This continued for a moment before she looked at the floor.

“Sorry, it feels super weird to talk about… sex with someone else. I grew up kinda conservative about this stuff.”

“You don’t have to censor yourself here, Eliza.”

“No, I know, it’s just like… I grew up not talking about this stuff so it’s hard.”

You pause for a moment. An idea crosses your mind. “Why don’t we roleplay. Here,” you cross to a free section of wall, “come here and show me what happened.”
