As per usual when concerning ghosts Desiree’s life ended in tragedy.

Once upon a time Desiree was once a beautiful harem girl. That had won the heart of a sultan, who gave her everything that she ever wanted in life. This was not to last though, as soon the sultans jealous wife cast out and humiliated Desiree. After which Desiree died alone and brokenhearted, forever being **** to do as she did in life. Which was the granting of the wishes of others.

It is never specified what exactly sultan’s jealous wife did, but you could easily draw conclusions considering the time and place in which this happened. Those conclusions are not pretty, for they all involve Desiree being taken against her will and played with like a toy.

Ugh… Sometimes humanity can truly be disgusting.

Sigh… Then again you will not want to talk considering that you are planning on taking over entire dimensions.

Now… where were we? Oh yes! Powers.

Desiree has the ability to grant the wishes of others, thanks in no small part to her past.

However, these wishes are like a monkey’s paw. If you are not careful in your wording if you are not exact and precise, Desiree will twist them and make them double-edged. Oh, you will get what you ask for, just remember it’s exactly what you ask for.

You quickly pull up a portal in which you see Desiree overlooking a fountain, waiting for the next hapless fool to make a wish.
