You're in Blackthorne city. It's not big, you'd call it town but yeah. You and your mates stand in front of an old abandoned warehouse. But, it's not just that. It's your base, your residence. You walk in the old, crumbling warehouse. You go up to the huge red crate and pull out your agency card. You swipe it in the air in front of the crate's opening and your gesture is accompanied by a rumbling sound. You walk inside the crate and the ground slide open to reveal stairs. You climb down and wait for the others to get in before you swipe your card on the inner panel to shut the doors. This is the unit Alpha base, an underground mansion just for you. The agency is pretty loaded. Your mansion has a gym, training room, swimming pool, visitors room,library,computer lab,huge hall,a common room,8 bedrooms and is decorated with expensive interior and electronics. You walk into the common room and find Natalie standing in her very professional manner. She is wearing a grey pencil skirt,high heels and a grey suit over her shirt. All prim and proper. Her hair is tied up in a bun. The tension literally pools out from her onto the floor. Bly walks up to the couch and falls on it. Tamiko sprawls on the armchair while Nakia and you walk up to Nat.

"Hey." You say,putting an arm on her shoulder."Ease up Nat."

She looks at you and gives a tired smile.

"So... what's the mission for us?" Bly asks,still lying on the couch with eyes closed,not even bothering to look up at Nat.Nat's jaw tightens you squeeze her shoukder and Nakia flashes her an apolegtic smile.

Nat let's out a huff and begins." This mission is... only for Lucas.."

"Wait? What?! Why? We're a team aren't we?? Why will..." Tamiko begins, sitting up straight all off a sudden. Even Bly gets up and look at Nat questioningly.

"Tam...let her complete." You say to her in a soothing way.

"Alright."

"So as I was saying." Nat begins again."This mission is a long one."

Bly juts in," Who will he be killing?"

"There's no killing Bly, it's.. protection this time. " She turns to you."You will be protecting the person." She says.

You frown."Nat.. protection isn't exactly my specialty."

Nat sighs."I know Fen. Trust me I didn't want to do this too, but it's.." her voice cracks up.

Nakia is quick to come in. She gently holds Nat and rubs her back. Nat looks at her gratefully and turns to you again.

"The person you are supposed to protect is a student at Blackthorne high and also the next target of the trappers and rogues." She says.

"So she is a supernatural?" Tamiko asks.

Nat sighs,"Yes and no. It's complicated. She is a mage, a human with magic. But,she doesn't have the magic."

You frown. Mages generally live separately in their own communities and don't mix with normal people.

Nat catches your confused look and nods."I know what you're thinking. She's not a pure mage. Neither of her parents were mages too. She just got the powers. But she can't use them. "

Blu snorts." Why are we wasting time after a stupid mage who can't even use her powers?"

Nat clenches her jaw and her fists tighten."Because her blood is extremely potent. A drop of her blood is enough to power many supernaturals. It's like a power **** for them and that's why,we have to protect her. Discreetly."

You give a nod of understanding. Bly looks like she's about to say something so you shoot her a warning glance. She shuts up but doesn't seem happy about it.

"So,what do I have to do?" You ask.

"Go undercover as a student at Blackthorne high. Befriend her and stay close to her no matter what." Nat says firmly. "There's..."her voice wavers."There's no one else I can trust more than you on this." She says with a choked voice.

Nakia looks at her,"Is she someone special?" She asks.

Nat removes a file from her bag and drops it on the table. It has the picture of a girl who has an uncanny resemblance to Nat,though she is clearly younger and has smaller curves. The name reads "Lisa Sewell."

"It's..my sister." Nat croaks out.
