When Jaden bumped into her she was taking a drink, a martini 'unfortunately for her/fortunately for him' lodges itself in her airway.

She starts choking...gasping for air, without thinking and acting instinctively Jaden starts the Heimlich maneuver making quick upward thrusts to expel the blockage (good thing he took that online course). After 7-8 upward thrusts the martini pops out, she turns around, and Jaden is 'face-to-face' with his dream angel Emma Watson, "you...you saved me thank you umm", "Jaden" he says.
