Darkness had finally come and lucky for Katherine and her team a fog had also rolled in from the ocean which helped to hide them as they exited the sewer. They made their way to the home of Melusa and found it to be heavily defended by guards at the gate and on top of the high stone walls. They debated on how to get with the least amount of noise and Sarah as sick as she had been in the sewers said maybe they could use the sewer again. Katherine and the others agreed so they skirted the wall looking for an entrance to the sewer system so they could gain entry. Once they had located the entrance Katherine told them that only Freya and herself would enter while Karleen, Shazia and Sarah would cover the main gate as that was where they would escape. The tasks given to the group, they broke up and Katherine and Freya entered the sewer and closed the grate then headed along the sewer into the palace.

Slut crept from her hiding place and slowly using the shadows made her way to the chambers of Melusa and found that they had a lot of guards. As she crept around the back to where the balcony was she noted that there were only two guards one at each end which caused her a problem. The balcony was small so she could only take out one guard then the other would notice and raise the alarm. Even if she had a bow she could only get one alerting the other guard to her presence. She slipped behind a bush and watched the guards hoping one would take a break but it did not look like this would happen. Then something happened that took her by surprise as she watched both guards fall from the balcony arrows deep in their chests as she rose a hand clamped over her mouth and as she struggled she heard a familiar voice" Steady your Majesty we are here to rescue you.". Slut recognised Freya's voice then she heard another "Hello your Arerto it is good to see you again"

"Come your Majesty time we get you out of here," said Freya but Slut pushed her away " No I have unfinished business with Melusa and I intend to get my ****." Freya sighed but understood as she watched Arerto move towards the balcony and jump up grabbing some of the hanging vines. Freya and Katherine in turn circled the perimeter dispatching the guards with the bow. Arerto snuck into the bed chamber and saw Melusa sleeping in her bed oblivious to the danger she was in. Arerto could so easily sneak closer and just plunge her sword into Melusa but she was not a coward and wanted to fight her foe face to face. She looked around and found a bowl filled with water and she was satisfied noting that the water was very cold so she picked it up and approached Melusa. She lifted the bowl above her head and started to tilt the bowl allowing the cold water to spill out and cascade down on to the sleeping Melusa.
