“I d-don’t know…” (UG)

“I d-don’t know...” You say honestly. Just like you said to Jeff. You really don’t know why you did it. You could’ve just gone to school dressed normally. Hell, most of the students dressed normally. Yeah, a lot of people are dressing as their opposite styles. But there were a few students who dressed as the opposite gender.

You weren’t the only one. But still, you went the full mile. When you walked down the hallways while half the guys lazily put on a wig and red lipstick. They didn’t even dress like a girl. You on the other hand completely came off as a girl.

Donna raises her eyebrows hearing your response. “Hey, at least you’re not in denial about that whole you know crossdressing thing.” She says looking you up and down.

The funny thing is that you’re in denial. There is a part of you who doesn’t like this. Who wants to protest all the way through. But you can’t admit all the way that you hate this. You would be lying to yourself.

There is a part of you who is enjoying this. It takes you time to fully realize what you're doing. Dressing like a girl. It doesn’t have to be too complicated to understand that. You should just enjoy it.

But your mind refuses to, making the situation feel worse than it is. You had fears and anxiety about today. But none of it happened, your fears never happened. Your anxiety and scenarios never happened.

Before you can think too much about it. You see Donna looking away from you blushing.

“So, who are you trying to impress with that outfit? Is it for me? Because I-I got to admit for your first time as a goth girl. You do look cute.” Donna says with a smile but she couldn’t look you in the eyes. This surprised you a bit.

You know that Donna is sweet and kind inside. But it is rare when that side of her shows. The thing is when she does become sweet. You stop viewing Donna as a tough goth girl but a nice girl with a golden heart.

Knowing this, made you blush too. As you find her reaction very cute. Donna seeing your reaction made her fumble her words.

“I-I mean! You are just a poser, It's not like I don't like your outfit. I think it looks cute on you...” She rushes her words trying to complete her comments. Before you can say anything the lunch bell rings. Donna uses it as an opportunity to leave first.

“See you at lunch Ash!” She says very quickly.

Not wanting to think too deep about that interaction. You head into lunch too.
