[The fine print]

First, the Kim Pregnated™ model is not intended for everyone, but only those with a serious commitment to the pregnancy fetish. She will remain at the stage of pregnancy you order. It will not change. Our dedicated team of cyberneticists are currently working on a progressive model who can be adjusted according to how knocked-up you want your Kim doll to be that night. Currently the models available will remain at the size you order. We do not accept trade-ins if you change your mind. Chose wisely.

Second, recognize that your RoboSlut™ is not actually pregnant. That means your Kim Pregnated™ model must come with certain mental limits which are not found in standard models. She can't learn and be aware of the passage of time the way standard models are to avoid her asking questions about why she remains at the same stage of pregnancy after a year and a half. She will come with a backstory programmed into her memory. The backstory will tell her who knocked her up (if known) and why she came to be with you. It will define her feelings toward you in terms of love and/or gratitude.

Third, your Kim Pregnated RoboSlut™ will imprint with the first male she sees on being activated. (Make sure you uncrate her by yourself.) Her commitment will be to you alone. If you want a Kim Possible for gang-bangs or other group activities you should order the standard model.

Finally, unlike the real Kim Possible the Kim Pregnated™ model has been programmed to know how to cook. If you find the idea of her barefoot and pregnant, working over the stove to make you breakfast or dinner, dressed in an apron and nothing else exciting this is a model to consider.
