Madeline knew how to work a deal. Ever since she battered her eye lashes in the vault for an extra Nuka Cola as a teen she was almost always able to talk her way into a positive deal. Sure she had to step on a few toes and name drop Eddie a few times but it was in such a way that didn't damage her reputation too much. She even made some caps too.
