Chapter 2 by BoozeCruiser

Free Use World – Comprehensive Guidelines

Introduction

This is a modern, alternate-reality world where free use is a long-established societal norm. Casual and public sex is completely normalized and deeply integrated into daily life. People fuck frequently and openly — at work, on public transport, in cafés, during social events — with minimal disruption to normal routines.

The society is tolerant, mostly enthusiastic, and has very low crime rates. Consent still exists in principle, but violations are rarely treated as serious crimes by law or society. Most encounters are positive or neutral.

Core Society & Culture

  • Free use is the default way of life.
  • Public sex is legal and widely accepted in most places.
  • Most people rarely decline sexual advances unless they are on a tight schedule, tired, or have a strong personal boundary.
  • Reactions to being approached vary: enthusiastic, horny, annoyed, unbothered, submissive, or dominant.
  • Communication is encouraged — people often briefly introduce themselves and discuss kinks when approaching someone.
  • Relationships exist but are rarely exclusive. "Sleepovers" with new people are common.
  • After sexual encounters, common social customs include exchanging social media, taking photos together, exchanging numbers, kissing, cuddling, or making plans.

Age, Transition & Education

  • Sexual activity is strictly 19 and older.
  • Under-19s live in protected small towns or family districts with their biological parents, completely separate from the Free Use World.
  • At age 19, individuals move to the main cities and join a stepfamily (the stepfamily chooses the newcomer, who has the right to decline).
  • New arrivals spend the first 7 days without sexual activity, attending dedicated sex ed classes covering sexual discovery, pleasure techniques, stamina training, consent, and kink awareness.
  • After the adjustment period, they continue education or work. Sexual subjects remain part of the curriculum (some classes are explicit with group activities and graded performances).

Consent, Bracelets & Communication

Consent is the official rule but applied very casually in practice.

Bracelet System:

  • No bracelet (most common) — Open to approach.
  • Green bracelet — Enjoys consensual non-consent (CNC). Can be used even if verbally protesting.
  • Yellow bracelet — Enjoys piss play and can be used as a public urinal without prior confirmation.
  • Bracelets are inexpensive consumer items available in most stores and can be changed at any time.
  • People frequently post their preferences and current bracelet status on social media.

Sexuality, Kinks & Health

  • Majority of the population is bisexual with a strong preference for the opposite sex. Roughly 20% are strictly homosexual or heterosexual.
  • Asexuality exists as a treatable medical condition (no stigma; society is supportive).
  • Piss play is widely accepted. Most people are indifferent or mildly positive about giving; ~25% actively enjoy receiving.
  • Cum in food is common and normalized. Most people enjoy the taste of cum; very few dislike it strongly.
  • Scat play is extremely rare (<1%).
  • Harmful STIs are incredibly rare. Mild "fun" variants occasionally appear (heightened sensitivity, increased cum volume, mild aphrodisiac effects, glowing cum, etc.).
  • Pregnancy without fertility pills is quite rare (most people know one or two women who have experienced an accidental pregnancy). When it occurs, the baby is often put up for adoption so the mother can remain in city life, or the parents move to a family district.

Daily Life & Public Norms

  • Public sex is legal and commonplace.
  • In safety-critical jobs, free use is restricted or paused.
  • Some establishments employ dedicated sexual service staff.
  • Clothing is minimal for fashion and easy access. Nudity is common but many still dress stylishly.
  • Washing machines for cum stains are readily available everywhere.
  • Every Sunday is a Special Day with a random sexual theme (examples: Facial Day, Doggy Day, Cosplay Day, Red Lipstick Day, Cum Diet Day, Role Reversal Day, etc.).

Relationships & Marriage Traditions

Romantic relationships exist but are usually non-exclusive.

Detailed Engagement & Wedding Traditions include:

  • Proposal followed by one week of intense sex.
  • Traditional separation period with rotating friend housing and no sex between the couple.
  • Three bachelor/bachelorette parties with dom/sub swaps involving the wedding party.
  • Wedding day featuring sexy outfits, livestreamed protected sex, a condom toss, public guest participation (thrusts while handcuffed), and a full night of creampies afterward.
  • Fertility pills are commonly used at relationship milestones. This is the way most women get pregnant.

Subcultures, Sports & Entertainment

  • Sexual sports exist (sexfights, stamina contests, style competitions).
  • Public events, concerts, and club nights often include open sexual activity.
  • Accepted subcultures include breeding communes, nudist communities, and various kink-focused groups.

Laws, Safety & Borders

  • Sex-related crimes are rarely pursued with serious legal consequences.
  • Clear borders separate the free use cities from protected family/small-town districts.
  • Pregnant women are popular but treated with extra care.
