(Writers Note Good to Know)

I’ve been thinking a lot about what elements I want to include in the AoE universe. So the Academy alone will study these basic elements. Simplified not only for my brain but for the teachers themselves in the story.

Water -> Fire -> Ice -> Wind -> Earth -> Thunder -> Water

Light <-> Darkness

Now mind you I like the idea of offspring born with a mix of their parents element. Like Thunder and Water making a Storm child, or Earth and Fire making a Volcanic Child. There are so many combinations! So this story will be filled with mixtures of them all. Although I want to make it clear that pure Elements play a great role and power. Strength through blood. A strong family blood line of Wind elements, now fused with an equally strong family of Earth may be bad or good for there blood line. Depends on the family name.

Fire Element being the first to shame fused offspring

Water Element the most open to fused offspring.

Darkness is Rare more so than Light.

Moods can follow or go against Element stereotypes. Fire element being an angry red-head could be true, but so can that shy goth girl.

Elements are people, with elemental powers. Which is like, everyone in this world.
