**Recognized Rogath, Rank and authority [redacted see Global law 8]**

Global laws :

1.) All thievery, ****, insulting or rude behavior and damage done to personal property by another individual or group is subject to penalty chosen by the afflicted party. save for those done by a higher ranked individual to a lower one or those done by a lower rank on the instructions of one whos rank is higher than the afflicted party.

2.) Dependent upon the gap between the ranks of the afflicted party and the perpetrator(s) the punishments may vary from any of the following.
* Enslavement
* Public whipping
* Public flogging
* Indentured service
* Imprisonment
* Compensation through acquisition of assets
* Monetary compensation
* Formal apology
* Physical / sexual use for profit or personal benefit
* Placement under bounty for capture ( conditional )
* Execution -{ Restricted to 4 rank gap or larger conditional on physical harm done to the afflicted party. may be over ruled by higher rank}-
* Exile -{ Restricted, by order of king, ruler of the country or Rogath }-

3.) All persons are to show respect and courtesy to any other person of higher rank when addressed directly either with formal salute or by kneeling.

4.) Any un-owned **** may be claimed for use or ownership at any time by any Person.

5.) Any owned **** is subject to the will and wishes of their owner.

6.) Any former person who has been made a **** through penalty or punishment forfeits all ownership of self and assets to their owner or public claim if the owner does not wish to accept the assets.

7.) Any person(s) found within city limits not bearing a mark of passage through one of the checkpoints will be questioned and imprisoned pending judgement of a higher ranked person.

8.) Rogath, Upon discovery of a Rogath the citizen finding shall report to the highest ranking and nearest available guard who is then to confirm the report and bring said individual before the king or ruler of the country to recieve their identification mark and officially recieve their title and authorities. {exception to this sequence may occur under special circumstance such as but not limited to addressing grievance existing between Rogath and another individual(s) or immediate assistance being required to ensure the safety of the Rogath or other individuals related.

9.)Upon the **** of a slaves owner the **** will be passed to the inheritor of the owners estate. If there are no heirs apparent or inheritor dedicated by bequeathing of assets the state takes ownership and will distribute the assets in lottery.
--9.a) In the event of unnatural **** in 1-1 combat the assets of the losing party will be transferred to the winner
--9.b) in the event of illegal causes of **** (eg.) ****, ****. All assets will be transferred to the perpetrator untill they are either brought to justice by the city guard or by a private citizen collecting a bounty. (conditions for determination of legality left to the highest ranked person(s) of the city in which the event occurred)
----9.b 1 ) in the event the perpetrator is brought to justice by the city guard the state takes possession of all assets for distribution by lottery
----9.b 2 ) in the event of the perpetrator being brought to justice by a private citizen claiming bounty the citizen may claim ownership (given by default ) or refuse ownership in which case it will default to the state.
