(Subplot) Witchy Love

Noelle pushed Maggie down onto the bed, climbed on top of her, took her hands and pinned them down above her head and then leaned in so her face was just inches from her roommates, so she could feel her breath on her face when she spoke.

"You and I need to talk"

"Oh. I love how domineering you are!" Maggie giggled.

"I'm being serious here" Noelle responded, not laughing back "What went on between you and Laura last night, I don't want anything like that happening again"

"She kind of ambushed me" Maggie replied, a little surprised by the reaction "And you said we weren't exclusive yet"

"I know, and I'm not telling you off" Noelle stroked Maggie's hair "But I am telling you how I feel. I hated you being with someone else. Especially as that whole tiger thing, it was kind of for me"

"I'm sorry, like I said I didn't plan it" Maggie answered defensively "Besides, you were with Barbie"

"I was, and like I said I am not criticising you. I'm telling you that I don't want to have to share you anymore" Noelle ran a finger gently down Maggie's collarbone "I guess I am more traditional than you would think. I know some of the women here are happy to fuck around despite having partners but I'm not. I want us to be each others and nobody else's"

"That's fine with me. I actually wasn't planning to do anything more with Laura than hang out last night. But then the way you jumped into bed with Barbie.."

"I already told you, I was jealous and I reacted" Noelle repeated "And honestly, even though Barbie looks like a fucking Playboy model and is phenomenal in bed, I found myself closing my eyes and pretending she was you"

"Woah, you were fucking Barbie and fantasising about me?" Maggie lifted herself up on her elbows and looked a little taken aback "That's huge!"

"I'm really into you Mags, and I want us to be exclusive from now on."

"That's what I wanted too, but you seemed a little uncertain"

"Yeah, witches getting into serious relationships with the non-magical is still pretty taboo in my community. It used to be banned, and it is still seen as being very irresponsible. I'm dragging you into a world you aren't meant to be a part of, especially since you are so highly susceptible"

"I'll be fine. The glitches have been fighting against magic from way before you showed up. At least I have an actual witch in my corner now. And a seriously hot one too!"

"Yeah, don't you forget that either" Noelle smiled, leaned down and kissed her now exclusive partner again.

"Ever since you arrived here, I've felt like a different person" Maggie told Noelle "I used to be the quietest glitch. I stayed in the background and busied myself with my work because that was what was most important to me. But I feel like you have really brought me out of my shell. It's like I'm addicted to you. I even wondered if you had put a spell on me to make me feel the way I do"

"I'd never enchant anyone without telling them. That's just how you feel, beautiful" Noelle's eyes sparkled as she leaned in for yet another kiss.

"You know, as strange as it might sound, there are quite a few of us who have a lot to be grateful to Rebecca for. Without her we wouldn't have got the TV deal, I would never have met you, James and Mel wouldn't have reconnected, April and Chelsea would still be stuck in the shoppe.."

"Yeah, maybe" Noelle admitted "We're still going to kick her fucking arse though, right?"
