The Hub

Nora is currently {if Sanity = 100}fully sane.{elseif Sanity <= 5}insane. She is muttering incomprehesibly under her breath and her hand keeps involuntarily wandering down to her snatch. She is unable to do much. {elseif Sanity >= 6}feeling alright. Sometimes a dirty or horrific thought wanders into her mind, but she easily swats them away.{else}**Please press the 'Start Game' button to your right**{endif} She's standing in the chamber currently used as the hub. The main feature in this chamber is the giant stone door, which puts her in unease whenever she looks at it, and a small pond in the centre, surrounded by four large pillars and a lot of bioluminescent mushrooms, which other than the lamps and flashlights the expedition brought, are the main and only sources of light in the area. Near the door is the camp of the Skull Twins, their backpacks strewn haphazardly across the ground. {if Roxxy is alive = true}

Next to the pool is where the {if workers = 0} workers were hanging out, before they all disappeared. It's quiet and eerie without them, and it made Nora feel alone and uneasy in this strange place.{elseif workers = 1}sole remaining worker sits. Occasionally he mumbles something to himself. {else} workers are resting, chatting among themselves. {endif}

There are four tunnels that are connected to the hub, each one just as dark as the other. However, above each entrance is a different glyph; a pictogram of a milky eye, a rune of a nightshade tentacle, a hieroglyph of a bile mushroom, and a symbol of a vicious crown.{if The door beckons... = true} These tunnels must lead to the keys that open the door. {endif}
