Choose a First and Last Name:

Add these to the appropriate Variables for the story.

Choose a Race:

Human: No bonuses or penalties.

Elf: +1 Mind, -1 Body.

Orc: +1 Body, -1 Mind.

Add or subtract these modifiers to the appropriate Variables for the story.

Choose a Class:

Any bonuses or penalties here will stack with those from race.

Warrior: +1 Body & Special Ability: Combat.

Mage: +1 Mind & Special Ability: Magic.

Scoundrel: +1 Charm & Special Ability: Scoundrel.

Add the appropriate modifier and your Special Ability to the Variables for the story.

Below is a sample character to give you an idea what your variable fields should look like at this point.

Race: Orc
Class: Scoundrel

Special Ability: Scoundrel
Items: None

Hakken here got a -1 Mind and +1 Body from being an Orc and received a +1 Charm and the Scoundrel special ability from being a Scoundrel.

Edit: I've been told that the Variables are resetting for people as they are playing through the story. Sorry about that. I didn't know this might be an issue and there really isn't anything I can do about it. I would suggest using a pen and paper to keep track of things as well in case this happens to you.
