"You got me"

They both chuckle. He was a nice kid. "She's in her room I believe." Max nods at her with with one last smile, and jogs his way up the stairs and towards his girlfriend's room. Only when he hears the door lock, does David finally let out a deep sigh.

Just 20 minutes ago, you were back at Tina's room. You had just gotten off the phone with Max, and contemplated what you should do. You couldn't tell for sure that Max was the identity of the imposter, but it was a good guess. And if that was the case, you had to be able to check him for it. But thing is, the imposter was smart. Smarter than you, and you had to find a way to outsmart him. Your first thought was that he would mostly likely just expect you to put the skin away and confront him as yourself. He was right to think that, that was your first thought too. The skins disgusted you, and especially those of your family. So you figured that you should probably put on Tina's skin, despite how much it disgusted you. That way you could lure him in as his sexy girlfriend, and ambush him.

But you thought about it again. The imposter spent time inside your mind, and he knew your will to save your loved ones was greater than your repulsion to the skins. So he would actually expect you to put on the Tina disguise. So maybe it was better to let him be busy thinking that she is you while you actually sneak up on him from behind? But then, wouldn't he also expect that? It was a catch 22, until one idea allowed you to finally break through it.

It wasn't long until you found yourself under a different skin, just not the skin he would be expecting. You actually found it less disgusting than being inside Tina, but tried not to think too much about why that was.

And after figuring out the brown pen, your act was complete. The imposter would hang out with Tina, busy trying to figure out if she really is Tina or her brother under disguise. Not realizing that the woman he just spoke too is the man he is looking for.

Thing is, that could take hours, and you still had a lot of time before dinner was ready. You only had to finish cutting some veggies for the soup, but besides that all that was left was to wait for all of it to cook. Meaning you had quite a lot of free time right now...
