The radiance grew and grew until Deku was completely blinded, only receding a few seconds later. When it did, he saw his room was entirely different. His posters of All Might were still up, but the rest of his favorite hero's merchandise was gone. Instead, the room had an orange pallet to it, a large wardrobe replacing his dresser, and his bed's sheets looked more frilly and soft.

Wondering how this happened, Deku went to look back at the coin, only to see two large, soft breasts in the way, the cleavage shown through a low cut orange top. Deku's eyes went wide and he looked down at himself in more detail to see the body of a curvaceous teenage girl, one who's body rivaled the best of his classmate's. Naw, screw that! Deku's head was spinning, and he wasn't...she wasn't?...sure what was going on. He has two sets of memories, and he knew which ones came first and which ones were new, but it wasn't like he could discount his new reality.
