"So how long have you two been nudists?"

Layla asked Naomi, who was still settling into her bed.

"Ummm," Naomi tried to think of an answer that would be somewhat convincing but also leave some chance for her and Lindsay to get back into clothes, "I mean, I've been walking around my house naked for years, but today I got dragged out and didn't have time to get dressed."

Well, that statement was half true, at least...

"Cool!" Layla chirped back noncommittally.

"Yeah, it's such a fun experience!" Naomi tried to act cheerfully.

"You're not trying to convince me, are you?" accused Layla playfully.

"Not me," Naomi snapped back, "but my friend might when she gets back."
