"Never have I ever had sex outdoors."

Laura drank, continuing the running theme of the game.

Alexis went next. "Uh... Ooh! Never have I ever had anything pierced below the neck."

Laura drank again, with a smirk.

"Laura!" cheered Jack. "Where is it?"

She responded by tapping the side of her nose.

"Oh, come on!"

"Yeah, don't leave us hanging!" added Tim.

Even the other girls got involved in the encouragement.

"You'll have to get me a little more drunk first."

"Challenge accepted!" announced Jack. "New game: Ring of fire."

We all whooped and cheered, Laura a little less enthusiastically since she knew we'd be ganging up on her. And gang up we did. By the end of the game, everyone was buddied with Laura, and a whole host of oddly-specific rules had been invented to get her drunk. My personal favourite was Allie's contribution: "Everyone with a piercing has to drink when that body part is said."

"Bellybutton!" shouted Emily.

"Nipple!" suggested Jack.

Laura drank. Everyone cheered. She blushed.

"So..." said Jack. "The obvious question: Are you gonna prove it? I mean, we don't want you lying to us."

Everyone muttered some vague agreement and Laura rolled her eyes. "Maybe. If you can guess which one it is."

We conferred for a few seconds before agreeing to Laura's little game. Emily and Jack voted for left, Allie and Tim for right; that left me to cast the deciding vote.
