"Maybe you'd be less scared if you were like me..." Link mused out loud. At the thought, the sharp fangs that she'd used to devour the tektites emerged once again from her mouth, sticking out past her lips. In a flash of instinctual insight, she knew her venom would do just that.

Sheik watched as Link considered her proposal, fangs glinting in the low light, and began to sweat. "No, please, Link, that's not a good idea! I can't become a spider person, I just can't! I'm actually-"

Before he could finish whatever excuse he was going to give, Link covered his mouth in webbing. "I don't want to hear it, mister. Just...enjoy this." Then Link leaned down low and bit into Sheik's neck, injecting her venom into his bloodstream. She could feel the transformative substance escape her into him, and smiled with satisfaction. "Well then, I better get us some food, shouldn't I? See you soon, Sheiky."

With that, Link blew out the only light in the room and left, leaving Sheik laying on the floor in darkness. At first, except for the pain in the neck, he didn't feel anything odd. But after an hour of waiting, he began to feel his body heat up, and with that he knew the change was upon him.
