"Let's hit up the nude beach"

"It's our last day. Let's hit up the nude beach."

"Oh yea?" I asked.

"Yea," Mandy answered confidently. "When's the next time we are going to be able to be naked on a beach?"

"I guess that's a fair point."

We walked past the pool where we noticed Dora and Manny sitting and continued down the wooden walkway to the beach.

"That, um, I wanted to ask you," Madeline clarified. She became noticeably sheepish. Eric held her hand, reassuringly.

"Would you, um," she began. She looked at me, summoning the courage to say whatever it was she was struggling to say. Suddenly she seemed annoyed. "Ugh, this is so stupid. Would you go on a walk with me? Like, on the beach?"

I looked at Mandy who nodded her head encouragingly.

"Yea!" I answered. "Of course! Like, right now?"

"Yea," Maddie replied. "If you don't mind."

"Let's go. Are we heading North or..." I looked over at the Nude Beach. "South?"

"North," she answered emphatically.

"North it is," I said with a chuckle.

"I'll keep her company while you're gone," Eric said with a smile.

There was a noticeably awkward silence as we made our way down to the shoreline then started walking up the beach.

"So..." I finally said, my curiosity getting the best of me.

"Yea," Maddie said. "Sorry. I just wanted to talk to you alone, without Mandy."

She took a deep breath, her breasts rising and falling. I tried to not let my eyes drop.

There was a moment of silence, both of us looking down at our feet, searching for the next thing to say.

"Did you enjoy it?" I finally asked.

"You know the answer to that," Maddie replied.

"I know. I just wanted to make sure. Do you regret it?"

"Me neither."

"Did you tell Mandy?"

"Of course," I replied. "But I didn't tell everyone else this morning. I don't know. I wish I could put my finger on why but of all the things we have done and seen and shared about each other over the past few days, that just seemed... different."

"I don't mind if they know," Maddie said. "But thank you for not telling them. You really are a gentleman."

"I try."

Madeline suddenly stopped and turned to me, staring up at me with those deep hazel eyes. Then she kissed me. It was quick and abrupt and I didn't have much time to react before her lips had left mine.

"We should head back to Mandy and Eric," Maddie said.

"Good idea," I agreed.
