"Jesus Christ, Chris, why do you have to be such a creep," you say not surprised by your friend's pickup line. But you see Chris's reaction turn sour. "Do you actually view me as a creep?" he says sounding a bit annoyed.

"Yeah? Isn't that your whole personality?" you say confused, "Really dude? Do you actually think that I just flirt with girls all the time? Like, don't get me wrong I do flirt a lot. But I'm more than that, I'm... I'm a fucking person too!" he says while raising his voice, You can tell that you have struck a nerve with him.

Not wanting to piss him off even more you decided to say nothing. You stand there in science with Chris. Letting the moment linger in the air.

Chris pulls his hair back and lets out a sigh. He looks tired and worn out. "I'm sorry about that it's just you know..." he was about to say something but stopped mid-sentence. "Never mind, just forget about what happened," he says.

"Chris I didn't mean to make you upset," tou say with all honesty.

"I know I'm sorry about my outburst I shouldn't have let it out on you."

He says while giving you his aloof smile. He then nudges your arm. "Come on our friends are waiting for us," he says.

You nod and you follow Chris towards the table. Which is located at the end of the cafeteria.
