"Yes you are. Come on," Mina encouraged as she went behind a curtain in the back.

"Steve, right?" Gaer asked. "Are you and Mina a thing?"

"Well no. See, I'm engaged, but we're..kinda exploring right now," Steve tried to explain. "See Kaya's dad mentioned a party Saturday-"

"Oh you're going to Kay and Gen's party? Wow, guess I don't need to worry about you after all," Gaer said in relief. "In that case go on ahead. Thought I was going to have to warn you for a sec there."

"Warn me? About what?" Steve wondered.
