King's App

Derek McCoy stared at his phone in confusion. The app had just installed itself - not even taking any space - last night, and ever since he'd tried to figure out what it did. It'd taken him forever to find out how to switch it into English, and when he did it just made him more confused.

'Congragulations! Welcome to the 'King's App', the first real-world application of a game! Using the King's App, you can tag any man or woman to do your bidding, and then level up to unlock more options and control more people! To win, become the first of the ten users of the King's App to rule the world!'

So...there were more people with this King's App? It couldn't exactly hurt - his family was more than rich enough to replace his phone if it broke. Tapping on the large button labeled 'Tag New' in the corner, a screen opened up and seemed to list eligible people within a certain radius. Since he lived in a fairly secluded part of town, the only people who were on the list were his mother Jess and their soon-to-depart maid.
