    Pluto is an odd little planet, just close enough to Earth to have a heavy population of humans, and just far enough for aliens to live free from most oppression. None show quality this better than it's most populated colony; Cerberus. For those that have, it's a playground of cybernetics with next to no government oversight. For those that have-not, it's a concrete jungle, and if you don't know how to navigate it's vines, you might find yourself victim to it's predators.
