“The Tier III Male Offender Accountability Act”, or popularly “The strike three law”, has been implemented to tackle soaring male crime rates. Any male receiving his third sentence of six months or more in prison would have his clothing and sexual privileges revoked. His entire sentence plus some additional months upon release would be served naked and in chastity. Chris Olson becomes a stanch supporter of the law, but what happens when the law tightens and he himself faces the embarrassment of a strike three sentence?
