Julianna was excited for her first day at the office. The interview process was stressful. It was difficult for a woman in the 2090s to get a professional job, other than as a secretary. Her husband was ambivalent about the thought of her working at the company, but he said he was fine with it, ultimately. She wore a short skirt to her interview and shamelessly flirted with the three men she spoke to. Harmless enough, she thought. This company had a reputation for hiring women, so she thought she had a decent chance. She was over the moon when she got the call.

Julianna knew her husband had called in a favor — he had a friend at the company — which no doubt helped, but she was a diligent worker and incredibly sharp, which came through in her interview. Sure, she’d have to put up with constant flirting and sexist remarks, but it wasn’t anything she couldn’t handle. She didn’t need respect. She needed money.

On her first day, dressed in a modest, professional pencil skirt and blouse, she strode through the front door and up the elevator. She signed a stack of papers, pretending to understand what she was signing, and was finally led into a dark conference room.

“There are some training videos you’ll have to watch — sorry in advance,” a man in the suit said sheepishly. “We’re required to make new interns watch all of them. It’ll be about an hour. Help yourself to any coffee and snacks there,” he said, gesturing to the table in the corner.

She gave him a warm smile as he closed the door, leaving her alone. The videos were already playing.

45 minutes later, she was almost entirely zoned out. I’m almost finished, she thought, checking the clock for the hundredth time. But the next video shocked her out of her boredom.

A cute, young woman with a bubbly smile and chipper voice introduced something called the company’s “STRESS RELIEF INITIATIVE.”

“Hi! I’m an intern. All of us — interns, that is — have the option to participate in the office Stress Relief Initiative, or SRI. It’s completely voluntary, but you do get a 50% boost in pay. And that’s just for the first thirty days. After one month, your pay will be double what you were initially promised upon hiring.”

Julianna straightened in her chair, forgetting the lukewarm coffee in her hand.

The bubbly woman continued: “Stress relief entails certain activities. These activities are ones that you may feel uncomfortable with at first. Basically, your body is free to use for any full-time employee, male or female, for erotic satisfaction.”

Julianna blinked incredulously, not sure if she heard the woman correctly.

“If you’re watching this video, you’ve already signed an NDA. The program is entirely legal,” she said with a smile. “The male employees especially benefit from this program. Productivity and employee satisfaction is through the roof! In the long run, the company believes its SRI will increase the number of women in the workplace — and provide professional women an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to their work environments.”

Julianna’s mouth was hanging open. She glanced over at the shuttered windows of the conference room, expecting to see the men peeking in, but there were none. She was alone. The woman cheerfully chattered on.

“Now, I’m going to be blunt in case you’re still not clear on the program. In addition to your ordinary responsibilities, you will have sex with your coworkers at their discretion. If a full-time employee requests oral sex, then you oblige and suck his penis to completion. Of course, they have to give adequate advance notice for anal penetration — and yes, you do get a bonus for anal.” The young woman gave a sly smile. “But your mouth and vagina are effectively on demand.”

Julianna’s shock had already worn off a bit. She’d heard rumors of this sort of policy, and she knew it was why her husband had resisted her employment. She’d assumed she’d have to satisfy her superiors on occasion, but she didn’t realize it was an official program rather than an unspoken expectation.

The chipper woman continued.

“I’m going to get a little vulgar here, so strap in!” She giggled. “You will probably get facefucked at your desk. Your male coworkers will likely masturbate to completion on your hair and face. Someone will lift up your skirt and fuck you at your desk. The company has a locker room and showers for you to freshen up, available all day.”

She turned to a different camera.

The company’s logo flashed on the screen.
