Rules of the Pervert Stone

1. Only someone with a significant libido, and whose very sexually frustrated, will be able to wear the pervert stone.
2. The wearer of the pervert stone cannot remove the necklace with the pervert stone until everyone they have significant social contact with(such as their family, friends, etc.,) and who they could be sexually attracted to(for instance women if the wearer is a straight guy) have become significantly hornier, and more perverted, than the wearer of the necklace. Nobody else can, or will try, to remove the pervert stone as long as it's worn.
3. The wearer of the pervert stone will become sexier, primarily in ways that make them capable of engaging in marathons of sexual activity, and to tempt those around them into perverted activities, or just saying perverted things. The wearer specifically becomes sexier for those the wearer is attracted to(again, women in the case of a straight guy).
4. The wearer of the pervert stone cannot orgasm from masturbation while wearing the pervert stone.
5. The wearer of the pervert stone will be the only one to notice changes to reality from the pervert stone, and will be informed of those changes by the entity trapped in the stone. Regardless of how absurd or perverted these changes are, all attempts to inform others of the changes in reality will always fail. The wearer will, themselves, forget the reality before the pervert stone's alterations upon taking off the pervert stone.
6. Other people calling the wearer of the stone a pervert, or otherwise objecting to something sexual the wearer does will **** the wearer of the pervert stone to verbally respond, activating the pervert stone's reality warping abilities. Reality alters depending on what the wearer says in response, but the retort must always be somehow sexual in nature. For instance, if the wearer is caught masturbating, and they retort to the person who caught them that they didn't have to watch them masturbate, the person they're talking to becomes a voyeur.
7. When the wearer objects to someone else's perverted behavior towards them, the pervert stone's impact on reality will be significantly larger, and dramatically increase the corruption of those close to the wearer.

Sorry if that was a lot, but the above rules should tell you how the stone works while someone is wearing it. If you're curious about the lore: Long ago, an evil deity was mostly destroyed, all except a single tooth from its mouth. That tooth was turned into a prison for the remnants of the deity, and made to look like a stone in a necklace. Every once in awhile, that stone is given to a suitable wearer, so that the stone will bleed off some of the power of the deity, and keep them imprisoned just a bit longer. If you read the chapter this story is based on, the woman at the end who picks up the necklace is part of a cult that keeps getting other people to wear it.
