The 7s Rising Star

I'm Annie, Annie January... or Starlight as most people have come to know me.
Why Starlight? Well it's got to do with my powers, which would be briefly explained as... I absorb nearby electricity and poof! I can release the energy in the form of blinding light and if I manage to absorb enough of it I can even fire it like a blast. Cool, huh?

...and just like that I think I got the job. I actually think I'm in The Seven. I am, right? I wouldn't be staring up at Vought Tower from down here otherwise.

I walked in through the main gate and was instantly greeted by the receptionists with a nod and a warm smile. I looked around unsure of where the elevators were, but one of them quickly pointed down a hall to my left. I waved back at him in response as I made my way to the elevator. With a single press of a button the elevator opened and I could now head up to floor 82, where Mr. Stan Edgar, Vought's CEO's office is located.
After just a few seconds I left the elevator at floor 82, and headed down the only corridor which lead into a big wooden door which appeared to be ajar. I knocked on it and slowly pushed it open...
Starlight: "Mr Edgar? Shall I come in?" I asked as I kept pushing the door open.
Mr. Edgar: "Come through! Come through please, Annie" Edgar replied, inviting me in.
I was surprised he had addressed me by my actual name but it actually encouraged me into going into his office in a calmer demeanor. I closed the door behind me.
Mr. Edgar: "I love your costume! I bet you came up with it. Come over here" He complimented my supe suit and stood up, turning around and taking two steps towards the big glass pane of a window he had, from where he could see at least half the city.
Starlight: "Sure, sir. Y-yeah I kind of came up with it. I might've had some help from my mom, heh" I awkwardly replied as I walked closer and closer to the CEO, who was at least in his fifties. He looked over his right shoulder as I approached him and finally stood right next to him.
Mr. Edgar: "See that? That's yours and your teammates' responsibility to keep safe to the best of your ability" He explained as he extended his left arm, pointing at the city right beneath us. He placed his right hand on my lower back, right on my golden plated belt.
Starlight: "I, uh... I understand" I nodded as I looked at the city through the window pane.
Mr. Edgar: "Excellent. We need you in this company. We need understanding superheroes" He said as his right hand hovered over my butt for a second before grabbing on to it.
I instantly clenched my buttcheeks and stood still for a brief moment, not really saying anything. That was super awkward but perhaps it's one of those things old men do for really no reason, right? Or that's what I thought.
Mr. Edgar: "Now, before you go meet your colleagues for the first time... make sure to leave your panties on the desk" Edgar then let go of my butt just to firmly spank it.
I gulped as I repeated what he had just said a few times in my head... my panties?
Starlight: "My... panties? You mean like... my actual panties?" I asked him, trying to make sure we were on the same page.
Mr. Edgar: "Yes, you've heard me right. Leave them on my desk and then you can go. Because you're wearing panties, right?" He replied.
Starlight: "Of course I'm... of course. I was just wondering why" I scratched the back of my head with a weird look on my face.
Mr. Edgar: "Do you know for how much we can sell those? We'd be stupid not to do so. Now... take them off. Leave them on the desk. Then you can leave" Edgar started to sound a little bit threatening.
I awkwardly smiled and reluctantly leaned forward enough to reach under my suit's skirt and drop my panties. Edgar moved around me and even made sure to give my butt yet another little grab before sitting on his office chair.
Mr. Edgar: "In here they go. Feel free to leave" The man looked at me over his shoulder, awaiting for me to put my panties in the drawer.
Starlight: "I'll go meet my teammates now then!" I eagerly said even though I was literally putting my panties in that man's drawer.
Mr. Edgar: "This should be part of your daily routine from now on. Remember that" Edgar added as I was just starting to walk.
Starlight: "...Understood! Thank you!" I agreed as I walked out of his office with a fake but wide smile on my face.
I sighed and shook my head as soon as I was out of there but at the same time I couldn't wait to meet my colleagues... the members of The Seven! I quickly rearmed myself with a smile and made my way to the elevator. Floor 99 was where I'd meet them...!
