talk with Tom

The way wasn't really far and you reached Tom's home after a short time. Tom was flipping through the playbook on the way and grinned as he looked back up at you just before you reached the door. "I think special teams will help you a lot." Slipped out as he unlocked the door.

Standing in front of an open closet in the hallway was Tom`s mother.

She didn`t look happy, but when she saw you she put on a friendly smile and walks towards you. "Hello, I am Nicole. Nice to meet one of Toms friends." She says and extends her hand to you in greeting.

"Hi, I am John Jones, nice to meet you." You reply and your gaze travels over her body. While you hope she doesn't notice.

"I still have to go, have fun you guys." With those words Nicole Elder walks out of the house. Tom and you are now alone.

After 4 hours of watching movies, Tom and you learned a few things about the next opponent. The opponent had a very interesting weak point for you in your new role. The returners from the kick and punt were not that mentally stable. When they feel pressure they are unsure and keep muffing catches. The holder on the field goal always nods to make sure everyone is ready. Then he nods again and the snap comes.

"That's good. You can use that knowledge to score points on special teams, too." Opened Tom the conversation. After a few minutes of monologue, you look bored along the walls. You noticed two pictures. The first one showed an attractive young woman in sportswear and the second one the same woman with Nicole Elder.

Tom pauses when he notices your absent gaze. He follows your gaze. "That's my older sister." He said, rolling his eyes slightly dismissively. "She's studying sports and working as a personal trainer, writing her thesis."

After a while, Tom and you say goodbye to each other. Then you go home.
