stronger faster foxier

I woke up with a groan and reached up to rub my head. opening my eyes, I see that I am in a plain white room with a toilet in the corner with a sink next to it. sitting up I see that I am in a full-size bed. after seeing that my hand brushed something on the top of my head. I would have dismissed it as a headband they put on me, but I could feel through it.

my head snap towards the sink that had a small mirror over it. on my head was a pair of fox ears. "What the hell," I said getting off the bed and running to the sink. my hands grip it tight as my eyes widen at the sight of fox ears on my head. my eyes also look more fox like as well. seeing something move behind me I look behind me and see a fox tail swinging back and forth.

I could only stare at it till I heard the sound of something being crushed. looking down I see that I had gripped the sink so hard I was leaving it indented with the impression of my hands. I would have dismissed it, but I still could not feel my chakra. that means that I did that without chakra.

"What did they do to me," I ask out loud.

"Made you better," said a voice. I look around for the source and see a speaker next to a camera in the corner. looking up I see a camera in all four corners. "Your healing factor is even stronger than we thought most are out for two to three weeks after the first procedure as their body adjust but you were only out for a week."

"A week," I said in disbelief I had been out for a week. he could be lying to play with my sense of time, but my gut is telling me he is not lying. "What exactly did you do to me," i said.

"Well for starters we added special fibers along your muscles to stimulate them. this allows your muscles to be used at 100% strength all the time rather than the average 40-60%. of course, that strength will get even greater when you start to add chakra, but past test has shown that it is best you learn to control before adding chakra. the results were rather graphic," he started to explain.

well, that explains how I damaged the sink. "And the ears and tail," I ask.

"Animals have better senses than humans so we add animal DNA and a mutagen to accelerate the results. because you are the Kyuubi Jinchuriki we felt the fox DNA was the most appropriate. of course, we did add a few others they just are not as noticeable. but the results still will give you enhanced senses and even night vision," he said with glee.

"Bastards," I mumble under my breath. "Is that all you did," I ask with a bit of worry.

"We also made some modifications to your organs and added a few features. these features will filter out any poisons you breath, eat, or are injected with. they also allow you to be able to adapt instantly to high altitude and even hold your breath for over twenty minutes. of course, we can easily turn those off as well as this," he said with a tone making it sound like a threat.

suddenly I grasp my throat as I try to breath, but nothing comes out I fall on my knees and try to **** myself to breath, but my body would not take in any air. as I feel my vision start to darken I could suddenly breath again. "What was that' I said between breath.

"Proof that we have complete control over you," he said. "Now try to adapt to your new features you will be tested tomorrow."

i just stayed on the ground as I started to cry. one of the things that kept me going was waiting for a chance to escape. how the hell can I escape when they can shut down my ability to breath with just a flip of a switch. I curled into a ball and started to cry realizing how hopeless the situation is.
