slow day at work

Today is a slow day at work. You have a short break with Daniel and Britney at the coffee corner.

{if m2angry==0 }"Did you ask your wife to go to Le Vortex Friday with us?" Daniel asks you. "She'll be home later today, so I haven't had a chance to ask her." You tell him.

"Dude. You have to come, I've told my wife Ashley about you and your wife coming and she loved the idea."

Britney nods at you "It's a nice club. Very hip. You'll finally go out once" She smiles.

"Are you coming as well?" You ask her{if coworkerlove==1}, and you certainly hope so{endif}. "No," replies Britney, "I'm visiting family this weekend. "Oh." you say{if coworkerlove==1} disappointed{endif}, "have fun."

You go back to your desk, and work until it's time to home.{else}"I am so fucking tired," Says Britney to the both of you, "I couldn't fall asleep yesterday."

"You should see a doctor for that." Advises Daniel.

"I will if this continues."

{if coworkerlove==1}"You need to find the root cause of not being able to sleep," you interrupt, "A doctor will only stop the symptoms."

"I know the reason", she says while looking at you, "I am in love with someone, but this someone is already in a relationship."

Daniel makes an excited noise "Oooooh, Is it anyone we know?"

But Britney shrugs and says "don't be so fucking stupid - like I am going to tell you". She walks away, back to her desk.

You can't help but wonder if she was talking about you. Probably not, right?{endif}

You go back to your desk and you work until it's time to go home{endif}
