"I wish these two did whatever I said, and believed whatever I said. I wish both her honest and open with me."

"Mrs. Smith, please excuse us."

"OK." She left.

"Ok, so why does your mom have doubts?"

"Because I don't live like some sort of nun. She joined some right wing evangelist church a couple of years ago, and now she's convinced anyone who is not one of them is some sort of deviant sinner."

"Why did your dad leave?"

"The church!"

"So because your friends are not in the church, your mother does not trust them?"

"Yes, they're good people. Do they watch R rated movies and listen to non-Christian music? Yes, but that doesn't mean they're criminals."
