Claire(steve): that bottle was... what I think it was?

Marrion: aaaaaaaah I have some fucking glass stuck in my hand do you want to do something!?

Marrion stands up shaking, trying to look at her injured hand.

Claire walks over to check her.

Claire: shit you definitely got infected!

Marrion: wait.. you mean... why the hell did you have a toxin in the fridge!

Claire: don't yell at me you're the one who was playing with it!

Marrion: I... I wasn't playing with it I was just trying to figure out what it was and then you came out screaming!

Claire(steve): girls this is not the time to argue, I'm going to get the first aid kit.

Claire: She... is right, try not to think that you're infected by a mysterious virus that transforms people and...

Marrion: virus that transforms people? Wait, you're not Claire? The virus made you look like Claire!

Claire: No, I'm actually Claire and... the other me that transformed.

Marrion: What? That doesn't make sense, she's been acting like... well Claire since we crossed paths in the lab.

Claire(steve) returns with a first aid kit and opens it on the table.

Claire(steve): The other me is right, I was someone else yesterday... a man named Steve, I woke up this morning as Claire and was convinced I was her before I noticed I remembered some memories of Steve.

Marrion: What? So you... I helped... what the hell is going on?

Claire grabs some tweezers and starts to remove the glass from Marrion's hand.

Claire: welcome to my world since yesterday everything has become crazy.

Marrion: ....what will happen to me?

Claire: I don't know.... the only person who was directly infected was me, you could start having the same symptoms and.... to transform others into you but it's not certain.

Marrion: great (sarcasm),...... so what are your symptoms, the other.... listed some for you but I want to know what I'm going through.

Claire(steve): it started with a fever... I think, then we started feeling waves of sexual desire towards everyone,...

Marrion: what do you mean towards everyone?

Claire: everyone in the sense everyone who seems adults, regardless of gender, age and appearance, everyone seems incredibly sexy to me.

Marrion; so I didn't imagine you were looking at my ass in the lab...

Claire(steve) blushes.

Claire finished removing the fragments and began to clean and disinfect the wound.

Claire: we... are trying to contain the lust by going to bed together.

Marrion: is that? wait are you taking your clone to bed?... wait that's why you were in the room all that time.

Claire(steve): I'm not.... yes, I was afraid of jumping on you, I find you irresistible right now...

It was Marrion's turn to blush.

it took me a while to think about how the story could continue, in particular how Marrion and Claire's infections interact with each other so I'm listing them here because they don't fit in the follow up question.

1 mutual immunity, they simply cannot infect each other.

2 patient 0 immune, Claire and Marrion cannot infect each other but all people infected by Claire can be infected by Marrion and future people infected by Marrion can be infected by Claire.

3 no immunity, Claire can infect Marrion and Marrion can infect Claire (mostly mutually), the virus once it has completely converted a body becomes more inert making it easily susceptible to being replaced.

4 perfect hybridization, the viruses fight each other in the body until they randomly combine Claire and Marrion's DNA into one, creating an individual with an intermediate appearance between the two, with both memories and perhaps a dual personality problem.

5 imperfect hybridization, the viruses fight each other by continuously converting body parts, personality and memory and continuously replacing each other.

6 hybridization scition, the virus fight among themselves by continuously converting body parts, personality and memory and continuously replacing each other until they begin to separate into two halves, one part Claire on one side and one part Marrion on the other that begin to grow each generating the missing parts and separating into two distinct people and temporarily immune to each other.
