becomes filled with energy and daring... but goes completely out of control

"Fuuka-chan." Minako said, her eyes changing from blank to energetic. "That. Was. GREAT!"

Fuuka was taken aback, hearing that the stew had been great was not what she'd been expecting, especially after Minako's groaning and clutching her stomach. The effect must have just been delayed; an annoying side-effect, but at least it worked! Fuuka was glad that she had finally managed to cook up something that could be used to help the rest of SEES during their exploration of Tartarus. All she'd have to do is work on fixing that little initial effect and her stew would be good to go! At least, that was what Fuuka was thinking before Minako seemed to be a bit too energetic.

The normally bubbly SEES squad leader was now practically hopping from one foot to the other, seemingly unable to stay still. Giggling, the spunky girl began to run a few laps around the perimeter of the school roof as Fuuka began to look on with worry. Maybe the stew was a bit stronger than she'd intended...

"Minako-chan, are you sure you're alright?" Fuuka called after the other girl, starting to worry about her friend's uncharacteristic behavior.

Turning her head at the sound of Fuuka's voice, Minako opted to cartwheel over to the shy girl, coming to a stop with her face less than a foot away from the other girl's. Minako had one of the widest grins Fuuka had ever seen before, and she found herself slightly unnerved by this.

"Alright? Fuuka-chan, I'm more than alright!" Minako beamed. "I've never been better! This stuff you made was awesome! Hey, you ever gone streaking?!"

Minako's overly energetic tone had been enough to knock Fuuka off guard, but it was the last thing she said that made her do a double-take. "Wh-what?! Minako-chan, what are you talking about? Streaking? O-of course I've never done that!"

"Aww, why not? You only live once, right? Come on, let's do it! Let's do right now!" Minako said, already beginning to fumble with her own outfit. "I've always wanted to give it a shot, and now we can do it together! Come on, it'll be tons of fun!" By this point, Minako had already managed to undress herself completely, leaving her stark naked in front of a beet-red Fuuka.

"M-M-Minako-chan! We're in school!" Fuuka choked out, hardly believing her friend's behavior. "Put your clothes back on! What if someone sees you?"

"That's why we run fast, Fuuka-chan!" Minako answered, acting as if this conversation was completely normal. "Now come on, your turn!"

With that, Minako began to frantically grab at Fuuka's uniform, attempting to undress the timid techie to join her in her impromptu streak. It was all Fuuka could do to try and hold Minako off. How was she supposed to get out of this?
