The powers of the goddess created altered versions of the X and Y chromosome, the F1 and F2 chromosomes - the alterations are so minor as to be unnoticeable to scientists until someone is an adult.

When someone carries the F chromosomes, and is XF1 or XF2, they grow like as normal like they had an XX or an XY, but they usually end up slightly more attractive. They also undergo a second puberty as an adult which causes more changes.

When someone is born with XF1 or XF2 chromosomes, they look like a normal female or male child growing up, but in their early adulthood, changes occur - a second puberty. There are a few minor differences, such as females having their urethra at the tip of their clitoris, like is present on the tip of a penis. But nothing that would be noticed without intense medical scrutiny.

A female’s (XF1) clitoris will start to grow larger, until it look like the tip of small penis. At that point a shaft starts to grow. Most women who undergo this second/futa puberty will end up with a normal sized penis where their clitoris once was. They will not have testicles. During the second puberty their breasts will get slightly larger, and they may grow slightly taller.

Males (XF2) with the futa chromosome will have a second/futa puberty where they start to grow a vagina internally, along with a uterus, but no ovaries. This goes unnoticed, until eventually a slit forms in the man’s taint, which rapidly develops into normal female external genitalia (but no clitoris, as they already have a penis). As they have no ovaries they do not get periods. Their penis will usually get bigger too. And they also have the potential to grow slightly taller.

People with F1F1, or F2F2 chromosomes grow similarly to their XF1, XF2 counterparts but will often have larger penises/breasts, and be slightly more fertile.

These new men and women are partial futanaris.

Eventually children are born who have F1F2 chromosomes - true futanaris. They have both testicles and ovaries, and a penis and vagina. They usually end up somewhere between male and female height. They also under go a second puberty. Their boobs and penises will get slightly larger during this time (their balls too if they have external balls).

As more and more partial and true futanaris are born, the world’s believers in the goddess grow
